Hi Everyone, Here is something positive and information from above my pay grade.

A well known group of investors have pooled lots of capital together for this investment in the Miami area. High level bank contacts, movers and shakers, so to speak.
My business partner, whom is close with one of the guys has been told, Consider it a done deal by the 7th. That’s when the ride will end.

I trust him completely, and we DO seem to be nearly done.

Just wanted to add a solid back-up to what we are hearing online as well.
