As I understand- they will get it activated and completed or the decision will be made by UNSC for them

Kurds and Allawi have filed written greivances to sec gen and UNSC concerning Maliki and his party- That is why Pascal is there

[Nighthk11] Correct- Barzani is in Baghdad at the insistance of the UN to get this done we are at the point when the gov’t is to be concluded- now once again we see Maliki and his party attempting to get around what was agreed to and sanctioned by the full UNSC- They were waiting for him All it takes is for his party and support structure to “Activate this agreement” Not dissolve the gov’t and start over- so it will get done They have listened to barzani who is done with Maliki because of his failure to get things done- 19 points of agreement and he has complied on not one 6 months after this partnership gov’t was supposed to be settled I strongly suspect that this issue will be settled this week- Maliki will not go to the UN until it is done Currently he has NO DEFENSE or EXPLANITATION that can be given for not completeing his portion of the agreement Thanks Lady D- I am done for now gonna look for some more- BBL all take car
