KEN states this will be a MAJOR untimed event – because of changes you will not even know it has happened until 30 minutes into this – then you will have to figure how to react…Tony states this will effect trades and markets that will go crazy – and it is a timing issue with those reasons Ken states yes and it will tie into the budget coming out next month and they said this has to be done so all the figures can be matched….
