This is an announcement! I would say this is a coming out party. we also have seen the GOI at record speed working to impliment issues…including the Erbil Agreement. Today, we see (according to an article) that parliament with get the bill within a few days. IMO, this RV could and should happen very soon, tonight or within days, no more than a week.

There is so little money in circulation in Iraq right now and what is there is old and worn out. Last Thurs was scheduled to RV...Lot of problems w/world market, world currency, moment by moment watch right now. Now sources tell me Today or tomorrow will be our day, our rate will be $3.45 or higher.

8-7-2011 Guru Phoenix3333 When the Iraqi dinar is introduced again internationally, which may be very soon, it may be at a lower rate than anticipated, then 90 days later it could change and potentially be 3X the value of a dollar, returned to its former rate. There is not one this saying this is being delayed,prolonged, we are right on the edge of this, the calm before the storm, stay ready!
