[BondLady] he brought home a huge contract
[BondLady] something that would really help in reconstruction
[BondLady] and help the iraq economy
[BondLady] so it was gonna cost them some upfront money imo
[BondLady] so maliki went ahead an signed the contract which was a really good move imo
[BondLady] and he would have had to have gotton loans from the trade bank to do it
[BondLady] to make this contract come about
[BondLady] it was nt part of the budget expenses
[BondLady] so maliki acted with out gettin the ok from the trade bank to do this contract
[BondLady] then when ev thing was finalised per the contract
[BondLady] an it was time to put the money down
[BondLady] trade bank says
[BondLady] u didnt go thru the proper channels for this
[BondLady] an we dont think we can offer the loan
[BondLady] so what happened next
[BondLady] made maliki mad
[BondLady] so he decided to pay the bank a visit
[BondLady] unexpected visit
[BondLady] comlemented him on progress an good things kissed his cheek like the godfather right before he says i know it was u fredo
[BondLady] scared the banker an he fled
[BondLady] well
[BondLady] its the way i see it
[BondLady] but never know untel they process it all if the banker was indeed corupt
[BondLady] or he wasnt
[BondLady] soon as they finish the investigation we will know
