[POPPY2] ardie my best contact that is from the me stated at midnight my time last night that he is expecting the rv to show at any time . he said dont look for it at any particular time of day or any particular day it can be implemented at any time they get ready . holy days , update time , holidays etc nothing matters they can do it at a moments notice and he stated it is already locked into the cbi banking system and ready to go he does not know as of noon today what the timeing of the release will be and dont askk he states no body but the top 4-5 people of the cbi actually know the actual rate. poppy2
