Nitrobuzz RATE RUMOR--TAKEN FROM ANOTHER SITE

Just received word, boots on the ground, that the smart card is being used and has for a while. Not exactly new or earth shattering news. However, the point of sharing this is to pass on what he see's the rate at from watching his "clients" card use since they've been issued and put into use.

$3.86

This "boots on the ground person" is a "specialist" if you get my drift. So please understand why I can't be more specific.
