price then goes up, like the banks are being told, they lose money
restocking there savings account

that's not to say if I went there in an hr. that they would not be able
to.I told her about 5/3rd bank, she stated that she has not received any
memo's from the foreign exchange in New Orleans. And sorry to interrupt.
