THEIR ARE STILL ISSUES BETWEEN POLITICIANS AND THE CBI THAT TO MY UNDERSTANDING HAS BEEN SETTLED. THE UST AND THE BANKS IN THE USA ARE ON A MOMENT TO MOMENT STAND BY EXPECTING THIS R/V TO OCCUR AT ANY TIME. THERE ARE NOTHING BUT GOOD--PROGRESSIVE--POSITIVE NEWS REGARDING THE R/V AT THIS MOMENT IN TIME.

Our speculation, it may comein lower than expected, around or near a dollar and later on it could potentially change again and go up to around 3 to 1. Expect the unexpected.

9-16-2011 Guru Delta Shabibi met with parliament 30 days ago...to show them the draft to RV. He needed a thumbs up- He got it. After 30 days then, Shabibi could RV. that was Aug. 15th. The CBI can legally, by yesterday Sept.15th - by law in the Constitition, CBI law, page 10 article 4., activate the RV. he is doing everything according to law, no one can stop him. The lower denominations have all arrived at Warka banks. Employees are trained. we can see it on any day-even holy days or Fridays or Saturdays. They can't wait anymore. Inflation is getting to high. why would the lower denoms be out in the banks and tellers trained, and law followed with parliament if he wasn't going to RV now.!!

9-16-2011 Guru Nighthk11 I sincerely thought we would have seen something by today 15 Sep because of some items I was informed of. Whatever is happening with the dinar hitting the world stage it will be resolved to our satisfaction. Shabibi has filed legal briefs in the Iraqi SFC [Supreme Federal Court] to stop Maliki's interference with the CBI which is separate of the GOI- Because of the high inflation and promises made to the people concerning a rise in the value of the dinar- this should be immed. To change the currency- requires parliamentary approval- however the parliament financial council has already approval Shabibi's plan in full and recommended that it be implemented immed, so I would say Maliki is SOL- it requires a vote- imo that is the hold-up. I think as soon as the SFC states- shabs will release- he may do so with IMF backing- but for sure they are going to release... please keep perspective, the RV is about Iraq, not us.

9-16-2011 Guru Enorrste an article from Mohammed Qasim, a member of the board at the CBI is stating we have to "remove the three zeros" as soon as possible, which is really good, he also refers to the fact that the value of the dinar used to be over $3 before the Iraq war, and he wants to see it back there, which is really good! This means that the CBI has no "lop" in mind at all, period, from their own mouths. Qasim is stating clearly that we need to get the VALUE of the dinar back to where it will buy something. For a member of the CBI board to be this forthcoming and urgent in his appeal is, to me a VERY good sign. We are being told, by the CBI directly, that the time is now upon us. I believe the RV will occur very soon with the existing small bills first and they will be replaced, at the already NEW value, in 2012
