11 Bravo Update 7/25 ON ANOTHER SITE

I have not been on the net to check some news, but I am pretty sure of sources.
98% sure we will not see a RV before Ramadan.

A strong week for Iraq, but that would take a big f'n crowbar to make happen.

GOI is fully functional. Yes 1 Temp.
Prob a few articles by now, just have not had chance to check.

Third reading of HCL done. Have no confirmation of a vote.

Iraq was not out of Chapter 7, to the last of my knowledge, but could be done this week.

I would think HCL, and Chapter 7 might get done this week. 80%.

There are many influential people in Iraq, that are not usual players.
I wish I could elaborate but I cant. Just my opinion.
