[masterblaster] bluwolf Okie is saying it is in the system, it pings through all the entire worlds banking sytem, all banks, if it hits one that is not right, it has to styart from the begining after they fix the problem, then start again. it will not RV until it is RIGHT to every bank. That Once this happens we have a RV. And has NOTHING to do with DC. your thoughts?
