[CAP1] New regulations have been issued for Iraq as to the transportation and mailing of dinar. You can no longer mail dinar out of the country or transport it on your person when leaving the country.
Remember 1 1/2 months ago, they were confiscating dinar at the border and prior to people boarding planes. The offices are opening for the sole purpose of cashing in American citizens there.
They RV'd amounts can then be wired to their US bank accounts and the tax will already be paid.(IMO)
