[BondLady] and even though the tariffs taxes was passed thru parliament and entered into the gazette as law in dec 2010 to be active Jan 1st 2011
[BondLady] they delayed those taxes and as weave passed thru the 6th month sense they were made law
[BondLady] the tariff taxes is a huge biggie imo not only to the economy of Iraq
[BondLady] but to the WTO
[BondLady] and it will also aid the state in projects like our taxes due for each state
[BondLady] they help in maintenance of roads bridges gov offices etc
[BondLady] the taxes from the imports go on down the line
[BondLady] the people bringing stuff into the country get taxed
[BondLady] the merchants get taxed also
[BondLady] so they in turn tax the products which are sold to the people in the markets
[BondLady] so imo they start these taxes
[BondLady] they should IMO have a new rate before that takes place
