$3.5 Million is by far the absolute LOWEST the CBI Auctions have EVER BEEN!!! The would normally sell, on average, $150 MILLION per day.
Follow the money!
The CBI only made a TOTAL of $160.7 million in the last 9 days, they used to sell that much in one day! That means that the CBI chose not to make $1,200,000,000 in the last 9 days.
You don't leave $1.2 BILLION Dollars on the table, unless you hvae a darn good reason!!! RV...
