Security Ministers were sent to parliament today – this was announced on TV in Iraq today

1-
They Maliki on Iraq TV says he has Al Jihad a lot and it means he has the sides – meaning
he has the support of the all of the GOV for the ministers he is about to
announce..

2-
Yesterday and today Maliki is not pointing
finger directly at the CBI but he said on TV yesterday ad tonight that hey currency
value ahs to increase and is trying to accelerate the process to do it…

3-
The Auction of the Dinar at the CBI was again under 20 million = yesterday was 18 m and today 17 m USD and if tomorrow – Genx said 3 days in a row last day on Wed
and then Thursday most RV occurred last Thursday in April – Sunday was the first low auction not Monday….. so Sunday was day 1…. Monday was day 2 and
Tuesday was day 3 – 3 days are up and tomorrow there should be NO auction to prep for rate released on Thursday…



CBI got their funds from USE and DFI is about to change that – the auction today was the 3rd day and
it was super low using just USD and no dinars and just before the new RI or RV rate this was expected to happen. On May 1st they have to give an accountability report to the UNSC promised
on 12-15-2010…They gave Maliki and Shabibi permission to increase their rate of the IQD and by May 1st they have to report they did just that…. So they
can get free of all of Chapter 7 that is left… Maliki promises to UNSC he promised them to bring back the IQD to international status by May 1st…



Delta said $.85 yesterday means 1mm = to $850,000…. He found it hard to believe gut his intel was hi friend and he said its not hard to believe him…Delta do you trust the people that your
friend works for and Delta said well …. Well… but did Shabibi tell this to your friend directly? NO said Delta…I see says Frank….. ummmm…

How stupid to increase to $3.22 and not say we do not have a GOI…. That’s a neat magic trick – Shabibi revalued the currency already twice first at 4500, the down to 1700, then down to 1170 where it is now… he can take it to $3.22 or $3.86 – the difference of the ones before are when he did the first two, they had a government… they are inches away from having this done…Maliki was not working with Shabibi … It’s all done …we just need the
release of the RI says Frank….



NEW CONFIRMED INTEL: Frank says TEAM confirmed that the DFI money – two accounts have been open in NY and will be deposited in NY accounts and Shabibi and MOF has been working on this- it will change these funds and the USA asked them to legislate these funds and put them in proper position to protect them because for their soldiers and people – THIS IS HUGE – THE DFI money is going to be put into NY accounts? Today – 3 reports from Generation X came to me – he is a fighter – part of our team – GOD’s team and he has many sources…



RIV – is his title… His opinion of where we stand – this week we are in now are a possible RV and last full week of April we are still missing a fully seated GOI and no MOS and MOD and a GOV is still split and Maliki gave in to all of Allawi’s request and Shabibi gave RV to international bank in Swiss but he still holds the key to pull the trigger but nothing yet –we are closer than we have every been…The banks has the numbers and the rate and some powerful source is holding this RV back – NO, the Iraqis do not have to do this on Monday cause they are out of money totally in Iraq and 3 times the CBI withdrew the 3 zero bills to keep the economy collapsing… they are indeed in a diff situation now and survived the other two times and this time also… this week is the week but not Mon or Tues says Genx but whatever the source of hold up is going to get one more twisted knife damaging us again and
evil reigns delight in torturing their victims and do not care – does anyone come to mind… keep your dinar in safe place as it is playing out this week …



Monday – from Genx – as my email stated do not expect the RIV on Monday – subtle signs show we are inching closer – the daily auctions are shrinking and this is a sign of the RV as in times past along with the removal of the 3 zeros in the pending RV….we should see more info in the next few hours as it filters out of Iraq- expect full GOI formed and voting for HCL law for 3rd and final vote and coming down before the end of this month…. They are trying to get it right or it could cost them trillions of dollars… Please really be patient we are almost there – US interference has been in play – the IMF published that China will pass the US economy by 2016 and carefully plan how
you spend your money.



Tuesday letter from Genx – Auction and RVI – and update we are following the daily us dollar auctions as today was about 17 m small again – the auctions are important for everyday life in Iraq and they can’t purchase goods with the Dinar – so they auction the dollar – He said Dr. Shabibi has said it would take him 3 days to do the RV and ONE of these would be a HOLIDAY… If they stated the ball rolling on Easter which was an International recognized holiday so that would put the latest Thursday for the RIV two days before the end of the month anticipating to have this international currency to be … most are holding on to the dinars to be as high as $6 per Dinar so says Genx’s opinion…. Frank told BOB that based on Sunday’s auctions and it was low they would prepare for Wed for Thursdays RV… if there is an auction it should be low again… it should be 12 M or 14M – then the late Wed or Thursday announcement should happen to let the US banks prepare for this RIV – Bob says if they don’t to take advantage of this time frame and RI-RV, this may just signal a delay of the RV up to 8-12 months…



Frank says he feels the rate will NOT be low it would be STUPID – the GOI needs to grow up and announce itself and stop lying to the world there are many reason why they did not seat yet but all for them… have been for the honor and glory for the people that composed the GOI – and they horded their dinars as the banks there are doing that as we have seen in the last 3 days…
