Joe Biden Falls Asleep During Obama Speech

Joe Biden looked like he began to doze off during a speech by President Barack Obama addressing the nation on fiscal policy.
Video from the speech shows Biden nodding off. Two women behind him also were shown trying to stay awake.
Biden jerked awake after nodding off during the 30-minute speech. His nap caused a buzz online on Twitter. Many suggested he may have been in deep contemplation.
Biden has been caught in other gaffes. In March last year, he happily said, “This is a big ------ deal” after Obama signed the healthcare bill watched by millions.
