Wanted to see the auction – GENX stated 3 days of no auctions would point to an RV. Today there was an auction – but more dramatic today the media has been reluctant since last Thursday – they were not even shown in Iraq TV as normal is 3 times a week – why were they quiet – then they reported today all the way back to Sunday and Mondays with Tuesday – where is the logic of that?
Smells fishy says Frank- its very interesting as to why they chose to submit the info in this way – my team is studying this as this is not logical – unless they were working with the CBI systems, banking systems for the currency …..
On Dec 15th 2010, the UNSC told Iraq that the Oil for Food Program was to end. The UNSC said it’s DONE.
Today 6-14-2011 the Oil for FOOD program today has been cancelled – the New York Accounts in the USA and frozen assets are now being shipped to Iraq like crazy and one source went to the Bethlehem Bank and Armond Bank said NO more selling Dinar as they had to be sent to the accounts in the USA and today with the program ending and now this money will be going to the banks here in the USA – WE GOT YOU IRAQ – the money is coming to our banks here in the USA.
TODAY it all ended…
On the 17th of June currency regulations will change with FOREX world wide…
Frank says I respect Delta to the max, but I do NOT agree to the $.86 to $1.30 rate because we know the budget supports more… Why is the FOREX going to change currency rules regulations. IF it comes out at $.86 hedge funds would jump all over this…it will become a nightmare for Iraq. If they jump all over this at $3+ they could not – but at $.86 they would have to match hedge funds with liquid cash. They would commit financial suicide at $.86 so no Frank does not agree with that rate.
On the 22nd of June the UNSC will meet to finalize on Iraq’s requirements. They already did a report on May 1st – why are they doing another one? Everything has to be international recognized by June 30th…And they are signing contracts for oil and Egyptian Airlines are coming in and Australian Airlines is coming in now and this morning Hillary was speaking about every major business corporation to go to Iraq and open new business there….and the Italian PM said 47 companies are coming into Iraq- so they are internationally recognized now – where is the security in doing such a thing? They are already established internationally and now this JUNE is flying by with activities – and the media is being shy and the CBI hides it figures and the
Hillary I like you, we were told to follow you, see there should not be any investing in Iraq – its illogical – the DFI money is in the USA and is no longer in Iraq’s hands to pay these people… Time for Iraq to make their money…
CNN article stated Darline about 6 billion dollars stolen from Iraq- they knew about that a long time ago this is not new we knew about this for a long time but they just decided to release it.
Frank says from FOREX changing to CBI playing coy the last 3 days- BOZOs you are doing something why hide this – FOREX changing things and if you come out at $.86 people are going to RIOT – you are doing things and the new bank is to make loans on the 19th – are you living in fantasy world? Well you must be getting ready to do some serious financial transactions with some SERIOUS MONEY.
What is causing the magnetism to Iraq- they are about to become the MECCA to the world once again. THE CBI connected to the banking systems cause we are about to send back the 3 zeros – they need to do this… its going along very nicely… They are trying to get this done electronically and if they come out at $.86 they will have to deal with liquid cash and not be done electronically – I respect Delta but not the $.86 rate... and this all has to be done by the end of July to become a cashless society…
Maliki came to the UN he could have come to take the DFI funds back to Iraq.
Once they become a country at the end of June they can do what they want… and they can’t go back to how they once were.

Frank states we read from our sources in banks in Afghanistan and in Iraq and we read that our teams are seeing the lower denoms and we found people using the lower denoms and are bartering and adjusting their own internal translator – find out what their rate is and find out now.
My team found out today – out of the UK is telling us they see the lower denom of 10, 100 and 250 being used. The 100 and the 10 has actually been out for a few months already and the ones coming out now are totally different. They are teaching the people about this new currency –the 10, 100 and 250 is totally different – the 10 note is of interest says Frank to us and now we seek its brothers and sisters – the 1, 5 and the fils and we will report when we find them. The 15th the 17th the 22nd are big dates….
Delta came and stated the Under Secretary came on Iraq TV JUST NOW on the news and they informed that they reported to the UNSC and about the DFI arrangements letter sent to UNSC that he is asking them that they are ready to go the GOV of Iraq has completed the arrangements and insure that they are all done as a GOV. The account is ready TOMORROW so they reported and the money should be transferred by all monies held by any government there by tomorrow and Frank feels that we will see this is done and then the rate should be released Thursday…Delta said the letter sent was sent on the 14th so on the 15th all the money due to go into the DFI fund will be there on the 15th… and the 5% due to Kuwait will be done tomorrow too –they were discussing prosperity for the Iraqi people and it was all done in this beautiful article and about the audit to the people and they were very excited.
Darline states she feels the rate will be release from 7pm -midnight is their golden hour so says Darline AND Delta we should see a BING BAM BOOM! TOMORROW!!!
Frank says he is excited about this news from Delta – they did send a request to extend this DFI last year but now its all done…Delta states with all done this RV should be released and Frank was singing OH HAPPY DAY!
Tomorrow in Iraq there will be an eclipse it will occur at 3:11 their time and 11:11pm Eastern time
