5:53 AM [8ball] Iraqi Kurds get first payment under new oil deal --- (done) Iraq's self-ruled northern Kurdish region says it has received the first payment from the central government for oil exported from its region. --- Thursday's statement says the first payment amounted to nearly half of the $243 million in revenues generated from exporting over 5 million barrels between February and March 27.
