Kuwaiti Emir re-appoints outgoing PM to form new cabinet

Kuwait's Emir has asked the outgoing prime minister, Sheikh Nasser Al Mohammad Al Sabah, to form a new cabinet, Kuwaiti television Al Rai said on Tuesday.
The Kuwaiti government resigned on March 31 after MPs filed requests to grill three senior ministers, including the foreign minister.
The Emir Shaikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah accepted the resignation, but urged the government to continue its work until the new cabinet is named.
