[okie oil man] boy when it rains it pours--go 3 or 4 days with no good news and then to get 2 great reports the same day is an oddity--i will not state and do not ask----the rate is un-believeable (good)--i am sworn to confidence--it has stopped pinging and is locked in at the banks down to the lower level banks---hold on folks--this sure looks good from my perspective
[okie oil man] i am only a messenger--thank our father for the news--he is the one that provides--i am only a tool in his tool box
[gumboman] when did it stop pinging?
