Fox News a few days ago had a blip indicating the Iraqi Gov’t would be
bankrupt unless they produced an international currency by 8 April

currently on the ground inside Iraq are diplomats from the EU and
ambassadors placeing the EU-s laws concerning Trade agreements and such
to Iraq
[Nighthk11] The US gov’t is set to shut down on 9 April- Technically this means NO MONEY
[Nighthk11] Iraq’s Dinar is backed by the US dollar currently at 53 billion in reserves

Does it seem fair to believe that shoukld the US gov’t shut down that
Iraq would be bankrupt if their currency is backed by the dollar?
[Nighthk11] An inaugural is set for acceptance into the WTO on 8 April (Must have a fulkly tradeable currency to join that club)
[Nighthk11] They are emplaceing Forex’s into all provinces in Iraq as of now
[Nighthk11] The turkish ambassador is currently in Iraq seeking to INVEST

Iraq has been invited to join the GCC as full members and this process
has been fast tracked (Must have a tradeable currency)
[Nighthk11] Inflation is rising now- all other options to contain this has been used except RV
[Nighthk11] everything is now in plain sight and comming together for RV
[Nighthk11] several US treasuary agents involved in the RV have departed Iraq yesterday for the US
[Nighthk11] All Banks are now tied in electronically to the new banking system within CBI

Visa cards have been distributed to first – parliment members- business
owners- and now are set to be released to the people (who have jobs)-
Must have a tradeable currency to be used globally

-IMF-WTO-WB- new SDR’s are on the horizon (Special Drawing Rights)

[Nighthk11] I am now of the opinion that 31 March thru 7 April is a window of opportunity for what we want to see with the dinar

so all I can see at this moment is that issues are falling into place- I

Yes lady- IMF has approved the base rate of the dinar at the insistance
of Iraqi leaders at that rate- It can and IMO will come out higher

was related to me that Kuwait has no problems with the Iqd being higher
than theirs because of demographics ie: 3 million vs 30 million people-
geographically , Iraq is 5 times larger than Kuwait- therefore more
resources to support their requested value which is now higher than
$3.10-$3.22

Currently- each nation on this planet it tied to each other- does not
matter how big or small- the United States has the largest economy in
the world- technically what a “Shutdown” means is that they have not
approved a budget for running the gov’t- it will still run as before-
but there must be funding for government offices to provide services

Maliki is not an issue here anymore- that is smoke and mirrors- yes he
is taking the heat- but look- when is the final security position stated
as going to be filled- wed- thurs this week- just in time for end of
first quarter of 2011

The US dollar will not lose it’s standing as far as useability and
value- the statement was technical by FOX NEWS- what they are saying in
essence is that Iraq needs to stop strap hanging on our monet and put
international value to their own

correct- our money is backed by our gov’t and the word of the people of
the United States- so if a country is using our currency for reserves
and our gov’t shuts down due to budget difficulties technically all that
money is now worthless- until the gov’t reactivates- Iraq’s dinar is
backed by the dollar- it would appear that FOX NEWS is tired of them
hanging onto us too

us dollar reserves- should the US gov’t not do something with our own
budget such as extend the debt ceiling or get an influx of monies other
than the dollar for reserve purposes to bolster the value without having
to print more- then technically all monies used by other countries as
far as reserve is null and voin until the us gov’t reactivates

not have the skills and knowledge to use those funds- they sit dormant
or are returned to the national treasuary

inaugural- all the important people currently on the ground- Investment
laws re-written to be more accepted to international investors-
everything is in place- there will still be some minor issues but they
will NOT IMPEDE the dinar showing up on the world stage

given what we know of their actions- it gives us a somewhat clearer

Yes there is- many have looked and NOT found it- this is an issue that

the WTO on 8 April- it was written that their currency would be
international to join- today is 29 March- what do you think investors

partners with international currency- that is why Biden went to Russia

inceptance of the dinar to worrld stage is imminant- the official
ceremony will be on 8 April by that date they must have money out

done by 31 march 2011 and they would not be allowed to begin the second
quarter of this year without their currency not being recognised

I think Shibibi is waiting for the very last piece to the GOI- to act-
so far he has gotten everything he has asked for-

“Observer Status” in both the GCC and WTO to full members- must have a
