poppy2 got intel late yesterday that can't be posted because of the source and the fact of security reasons but you can tell the people to rest easy the material is being changed in the banking system because of the meeting in Iraq and WAShington last wed thur and finalized on friday afternoon and it was to late to make the changes because all the banking systems where close till monday I am assured Once this update is done things will get back on track and soon will show the RV. POPPY2 i have no idea at this point but think they where meeting to change the rate we adhere to receive and we had already been told the rate was set and in the banking system then the three meeting and evidently the meetings where successful in getting the usa more $$$$$$$$$$ so the rate within the system has to be updated how long to do this at all the different agencies involved we don't know, imf, wto, fed, treasury etc, no one knows at this point no one but rest assured it will happen and very soon poppy2 poppy2 got intel
